Our sparkling Blanc de Noir is made from 100 percent pinot noir grapes grown on the estate.
The Blanc de Noir is hand made using Methode Traditionnelle techniques. The wine has had two years in the bottle undergoing secondary fermentation with typical yeast flavours contributing to a full mouth feel and a long dry finish.
